    How the psychotherapy sessions work?

    Our sessions will help you to understand the underlying reasons behind your behaviour and feelings. This can involve looking at the emotions and experiences you’ve encountered from childhood to the present day in order to understand how they’ve shaped the person you are today. I offer a safe place where you can be your true self and speak openly without judgement. It will be a pleasure to accompany you on your journey. Every session has 50 minutes.

    Online & Face-to-face sessions

    Online Therapy is is also a safe and confidential space that allows healing, re-framing and transformation. You can make if from the comfort of your home, at a time that suits you, saving you from transport. Online therapy is as efficient as it face-to-face.

    For a quality online session you‘ll need:

  • A quality internet connection to support video calls⁣

  • To use apps like Skype, Facetime, WhatsApp, etc.⁣

  • A quiet place where you can be alone, without external interference⁣

  • To use a headset to promote confidentiality and quality ⁣

    And, of course, you have to trust the therapist and your own transformation process. You are very welcome in my online clinic.

    The face-to-face session take place in my clinic in Monument, Central London (Tube stations: Monument and Bank). Unfortunately, because of Covid-19, it is closed for the moment.

    How long should I expect to attend the sessions?

    Therapy is an open process that can progress as long as it takes for your self-development. It takes time, availability, motivation and an open mind to get to the centre of your problems, so it is important that you decide to commit to your self-awareness process and our sessions. We are going to review your therapeutic process every 06 sessions. Therapy may feel scary at first, but it is worth taking this step.

    How often should I attend the sessions?

    It is highly recommended you take weekly sessions, as it helps you to make progress steady and gradually. If you need and wish, you can have two sessions per week or fortnightly.

    Confidentiality

    Either online or face-to-face session are confidential and private space for you to speak and be supported. Except if you were to pose a danger to yourself or others, in which case the relevant parties would be notified.
